Maximo 7 New Implementation: Oil & Gas Refinery: Aquitas provided complete implementation services to a major oil refinery with a need to transition its existing CMMS to the Maximo EAM 7.1 Oil & Gas Industry Solution. Our oil and gas industry Maximo consultants led the team through the entire process, from the preparation stages through Maximo installation, as well as the training and support that followed. We also did a Maximo integration with their ERP system and the overall project deemed a success.

Maximo 6 Implementation Project: Pharmaceutical (Bio-Tech):Aquitas Solutions consultants were hired by a major life sciences bio-tech company to help implement Maximo with Calibration. The project utilized a number of consulting companies and took place over a period of several years. This multi-site implementation solution replaced three legacy systems and included the Syclo Mobile Work Management solution. From the Maximo integration of the Life Sciences Industry Solution to the hands-on training that followed, the Maximo implementation was a success.

Maximo 5 to 7 Upgrade Project: Major Utility: A major power generation and delivery organization contracted Aquitas Solutions to upgrade its existing Maximo 5.2 system to the Maximo 7.1 Asset Management Maintenance solution. Aquitas developed a customized approach that fit within the client’s work and hardware parameters to implement the new Maximo solution with no loss of daily operations. Once the Maximo installation was complete, hands-on training was provided to key leaders in the organization. Following a week of intensive training, Aquitas’ Maximo consulting team remained available for our utility industry partner to provide support during the stabilization and optimization phase.
