Chief Executive Officer: Wayne Brisson
As Founder and CEO, Wayne Brisson is a leading example of the work hard, play hard philosophy that drives the overall corporate culture. He exemplifies dedication to his clients while providing a positive work environment for the Aquitas Solutions team. With over 20 years of maintenance management experience, he brings not only management and technical expertise to the table, but also real-life experience. Wayne leads Aquitas Solution’s charge to help its clients optimize asset performance. He stands behind every project, respects the clients and always delivers reliable and high-quality results. In addition to Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) implementation and business process definition knowledge, Wayne has expansive industry experience in discrete manufacturing, oil and gas extraction and refining, pharmaceutical manufacturing, facilities management, defense and transportation. Prior to Aquitas Solutions, Wayne served as the Repair Officer on a U.S. Navy destroyer, a maintenance management consultant and manager. He also held the Eastern Region Services Manager position for PSDI/MRO Software now IBM. In this role, Wayne planned, executed and delivered all professional services in the Eastern Region of North America as well as the vertical markets for utilities, pharmaceuticals, pulp and paper, transportation and federal government. Wayne has a BS from the United States Naval Academy and an MBA from the University of Rhode Island.
Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing: Ray Miciek
As Executive Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Ray Miciek brings over 15 years of asset and service management experience to Aquitas. Prior to joining, Ray was Worldwide Maximo/Smarter Building Solution Sales Leader for IBM. His role took him around the globe, supporting customers and internal teams in developing strategies around Maximo, TRIRIGA, and IIBM. Joining PSDI/MRO Software in 1997 he has held a number of leadership positions – North American Midmarket Sales Manager, North American Installed Base Sales Manager, North American/Latin American Solution Sales Manager and Western Area Maximo Sales Leader for the Distribution Sector. Over his tenure he has worked with hundreds of Maximo customers assisting them in their initial evaluation/procurement of Maximo, improving their ability to leverage the solution within their organization, as well as maintaining customer satisfaction. These customers covered a variety of industries – Higher Education, Life Sciences, Financial Services, Healthcare, Facilities/Service Management, Public Sector, Utilities, Retail, CPG, and Manufacturing- providing him with a unique perspective on how Maximo can be successfully deployed. Ray graduated with a Business Administration Degree from Georgia State University.
Chief Financial Officer: Jennifer Cook
As Chief Financial Officer, Jennifer Cook brings more than 15 years of experience in the finance area, starting her career as a financial systems analyst then managing the financial side of her family-owned business until joining Aquitas in 2009. She is responsible for the financial oversight of the company as well as providing analytical support to all business operations. Additional responsibilities include cash flow management, Profit and Loss forecasting as well as budget development and financial report preparation and analysis. Jennifer also acts as the GSA Contract Administrator for our Schedule 70 and has assisted in maintaining our Exceptional rating on our GSA Administrative Report Card. She earned a BS in Mathematics with a minor in Finance from University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
Executive Vice President of Operations: Jeff Brown
As Executive Vice President of Operations, Jeff Brown brings 16 years of experience in creating, delivering, and supporting IT Solutions. Prior to joining the company, Jeff worked in utilities and pharmaceutical industries managing all aspects of IT in the roles of Senior Manager, Director, and CIO across multiple continents. In addition to his knowledge of utility and facility focused environments, Jeff has managed multiple Maximo projects in different industry verticals. However, he also has a solid IT infrastructure knowledge that allows him to incorporate IBM’s Smarter Cities solution into traditional Enterprise Asset Management focused organizations. Jeff holds a BSBA in MIS from the University of Arizona and an MBA from the University of Phoenix.
