Jeff joined Aquitas Solutions in 2011 and brings a storied career of fostering, driving collaboration, supporting and delivering enterprise software solutions. His deep domain expertise in IT infrastructure naturally complements the Company’s support and integration of IoT initiatives into deeply rooted EAM organizations.
Jeff, who has managed a wide array of Maximo projects among numerous vertical markets, previously led a consulting company focusing on process analysis and software configuration for ITIL and Disaster Recovery/Business Continuity Planning as well as holding senior executive positions in the electric power and pharmaceutical industry.
Jeff, who is ITIL and Maximo certified, holds a BSBA in MIS from the University of Arizona and an MBA from the University of Phoenix. He is also a regular speaker at Maximo industry user groups and has presented at numerous Enterprise Asset Management events such as Pulse, Interconnect, and HDI.
Scott, an experienced finance and operations executive at Accenture and Deloitte, brings an extensive set of strategic planning, forecasting, and project management skills to his role in overseeing all aspects of Aquitas’ financial operations.
Scott has helped businesses translate their operational metrics into measures of high performance for over twenty years by leveraging his background in management consulting, technology consulting, and technology outsourcing.
As Aquitas’ CFO, Scott will help develop organizational strategies by contributing financial and accounting information, measuring and analyzing results, budgeting, and recommending strategic thinking and direction. His strong vigor for positive results bodes well in keeping the market momentum our company now enjoys.
Scott holds a BSBA from The University of South Dakota, serves as Aquitas’ GSA Contract Administrator for IT Schedule 70, one of the largest government contracts for purchasing technology products and services. His background in this area will ensure Aquitas’ continued success in receiving an Exceptional Rating on their GSA Administrative Report Card.
Ray leads our Strategic Alliances developing partner relationships to provide greater value serving our clients. These partnerships range from new products and services to new channels of delivering our services.
Ray has been a driving force behind Aquitas’ increased success in the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) market and is instrumental in our go-to-market strategies. With two plus decades of asset and service management experience, Ray has held various industry leadership roles leveraging his strong business acumen with his ability to articulate value creation and deliver solutions that truly address customers’ business challenges.
Prior to joining Aquitas, Ray drove sales and business processes for numerous divisions of MRO Software’s industry leading Maximo solution and excelled in ensuring successful deployments and customer satisfaction. After IBM’s acquisition of MRO Software in 2006, Ray led a global Smarter Buildings practice (a precursor to IBM’s current IoT solutions) that required coalition building among sales, services, training, and partners. The initiative received unprecedented recognition internally and in the marketplace.
Ray, who holds a bachelor’s degree from Georgia State University, is very active in several Maximo user groups and industry affiliations.
Mike brings many years of executive sales experience in global firms and small, start-up companies. He is responsible for guiding our sales and marketing professionals to accelerate Aquitas’ growth and expansion.
Mike has over two decades of asset management experience primarily focused on utilities, telecom and industrial markets, while his 30+ years of sales and marketing experiences span additional industries including healthcare, retail, and manufacturing.
Prior to joining Aquitas, Mike served in leadership roles at EY, IBM and Eastman Kodak plus privately held firms such as Cohesive Solutions and Arcadian Networks.
Mike holds a degree from Auburn University in Marketing. He is active within the Maximo user community and network of related service providers.
As Director of Development and Lab Services, Michael Hayes brings 25 years of product development, systems integration, technical instruction, and leadership experience. For the last 17 years, he has worked with the IBM Maximo product.
Prior to joining Aquitas, Michael was a Senior Solution Architect for IBM. He came to IBM through their acquisition of MRO Software in 2006. While at IBM, Michael was a lead architect for many of IBM’s Smarter Planet Solutions. He was also a lead architect in other IBM Smarter Solution products for the Chemicals and Petroleum, Aerospace, Utility, and Transportation Solutions. Since joining Aquitas, Michael has continued architecting and leading the development of IoT solutions and adding additional functionality to Maximo for Health, Safety and Environmental processes. Michael completed his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah.
