As Director of Development and Lab Services, Michael Hayes brings 25 years of product development, systems integration, technical instruction, and leadership experience. For the last 17 years, he has worked with the IBM Maximo product. Prior to joining Aquitas, Michael was a Senior Solution Architect for IBM. He came to IBM through their acquisition of MRO Software in 2006. While at IBM, Michael was a lead architect for many of IBM’s Smarter Planet Solutions. He was also a lead architect in other IBM Smarter Solution products for the Chemicals and Petroleum, Aerospace, Utility, and Transportation Solutions. Since joining Aquitas, Michael has continued architecting and leading the development of IoT solutions and adding additional functionality to Maximo for Health, Safety and Environmental processes. Michael completed his Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Brigham Young University in Provo, Utah.
